Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas hopes to sign Atletico Madrid striker Falcao over the summer.
The pair won the Portuguese league, the Europa League and the Portuguese Cup at Porto last season.
Villas-Boas now wants to be reunited with the 25-year-old at Stamford Bridge, according to The People.
Gonzalo Higuain and Edinson Cavani are also thought to be targets of the Blues boss.
Villas-Boas is looking for replacements for the outgoing Nicolas Anelka, while Didier Drogba's future at the club remains uncertain.
