Barcelona and Atletico Madrid have reportedly failed with offers of £35m for Chelsea playmaker Willian.
The two Spanish giants finished first and second respectively in La Liga this season, although each of Ernesto Valverde and Diego Simeone are allegedly looking to overhaul their squad during the summer window.
Willian is regarded as an attractive option in the transfer market this summer due to having just one year remaining on his contract at Stamford Bridge.
However, according to Sky Sports News, the Blues intend to keep hold of the Brazil international, regardless of whether he pens fresh terms in West London.
Chelsea's decision is partly influenced by not being able to sign new players for the next two windows courtesy of a transfer ban.
