Chelsea have reportedly agreed terms to sign Romanian teenage star Cristian Manea.
The Blues are believed to have made enquiries last year in a bid to lure the 17-year-old to Stamford Bridge.
However, the Daily Mail claims that Chelsea have since had a £2.3m bid accepted by Viitorul Constanta for Manea, who has already been capped at international level by Romania.
It is thought that the West London outfit have moved quickly to see off competition from several European clubs, including Arsenal, Ajax and Udinese.
Manea is expected to put pen to paper on a five-year deal with Chelsea, before joining either Real Mallorca or Vitesse Arnhem on loan.
