Chelsea have reportedly agreed a fee in principle to sign Brazilian international Oscar from Internacional.
Any chance of the 20-year-old signing on at Stamford Bridge looked to have ended earlier today when the player's agent claimed that the Blues would not up their first offer, which had been rejected by the Brazilian club.
However, Chelsea have since returned with a bid of £25m, which has been accepted, according to Sky Sports News.
The attacking midfielder will arrive in London over the coming days as part of the Brazil squad that will compete for gold at the Olympic Games.
Chelsea have already completed the signings of Eden Hazard and Marko Marin this summer.
