Chelsea are reportedly considering a move for Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Alphonse Areola.
New Blues boss Maurizio Sarri is expected to lose Thibaut Courtois this summer, with the Belgian believed to be a transfer target for Real Madrid.
Sarri was believed to be keen to bring Alisson Becker to Stamford Bridge, but Liverpool look to have won the race for the Brazil international.
Chelsea have been linked with a swoop for former number one Petr Cech amid suggestions that he could leave Arsenal ahead of the 2018-19 campaign, while AC Milan's Gianluigi Donnarumma is also reportedly an option.
However, according to Paris United, Chelsea are also considering an approach for Areola, who was a part of the France squad that won the 2018 World Cup.
Areola, 25, was number one at PSG last season - making 43 appearances in all competitions - but the arrival of Gianluigi Buffon has placed his position in doubt.
