Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly won the race for Inter Milan's Achraf Hakimi.

The 22-year-old's future has been the subject of intense speculation in recent weeks, with PSG believed to have been battling Chelsea for his signature.

According to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, the Premier League club only ever held discussions for the Morocco international and did not make an official offer.

Romano claims that PSG have now reached an agreement for Hakimi, who will undergo a medical with the Paris giants next week before signing a contract until June 2026.

Inter will allegedly receive an initial fee of €60m (£51.6m) plus €10m (£8.6m) in add-ons for the former Real Madrid youngster, who scored seven times and contributed 11 assists in 45 outings for the Italian champions last term.

Chelsea, though, have reportedly moved to the head of the queue for Sevilla's Jules Kounde, as the Blues look to bring a new centre-back to the club this summer.
