Chelsea have reportedly targeted a summer move for Everton striker Romelu Lukaku at a reduced asking price because of several clauses in the deal that took him to Goodison Park.
Lukaku left Stamford Bridge in 2014 to join the Toffees in a £28m deal that is said to include clauses which could help Chelsea bring him back for less money than Everton would want from other clubs.
The Belgian striker is enjoying his best goalscoring season having netted 18 times in 31 Premier League games for Everton, and that has attracted interest from a host of top European clubs.
According to the Daily Mail, Everton value the 22-year-old at around £65m, but Chelsea could ensnare him for a reduced price.
Everton winning the FA Cup this season – they are in the semi-finals – could reportedly be one of the clauses that may allow Chelsea to lower Lukaku's price.
