Everton reportedly face being priced out of a move for Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku.
The Belgium international forward spent last season on loan at the Toffees and impressed by finishing as the club's top scorer with 15 goals.
Everton had been looking to retain the services of Lukaku, but Chelsea have put a £30m price tag on him to effectively end their Premier League rivals' hopes of a permanent deal, according to The Mirror.
The Stamford Bridge side have made it clear that Lukaku will only be allowed to leave if they receive the asking price for the powerful forward.
The 21-year-old's chances of breaking into the first team at the Blues appear limited following the signings of Diego Costa and Didier Drogba this summer.
