Chelsea are reportedly considering cooling their interest in Juventus full-back Alex Sandro due to the asking price.
The Brazilian is believed to have been on the Premier League outfit's radar for some time, but money has so far been an issue.
According to The Telegraph, the Blues are not prepared to meet Juve's £60m valuation of the 26-year-old, who has been told that he can leave the Turin-based club.
Chelsea were heavily linked with a swoop for Sandro last summer as well, but the club will reportedly not pursue a deal any further if the price does not come down.
Manager Antonio Conte is believed to be keen on strengthening the left side of the pitch and adding to his January activity, which has seen Ross Barkley sign from Everton for £15m.
Sandro is also reportedly being tracked by Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain.
