Chelsea have reportedly identified Inter Milan forward Mauro Icardi as a potential summer signing.
Although the Blues are well stocked for options in the final third, Michy Batshuayi and Olivier Giroud could both leave Stamford Bridge before the beginning of next season.
The Premier League outfit have been linked with a number of frontmen, but FC Inter News suggests that Icardi is high on their shortlist.
The Argentina international is currently on loan at Paris Saint-Germain, who have the option of pushing through a permanent deal for €65m (£54.42m).
However, Icardi is yet to make a decision on his future, something which wife and agent Wanda Nara alluded to earlier this week.
Having not made a first-team signing for two transfer windows, Chelsea have the funds to win a bidding war for the player.
