Chelsea have reportedly tabled a fresh offer to Roma for midfielder Radja Nainggolan.
The Belgium international recently claimed that he would consider an approach from Chelsea, but has reiterated that he is committed to his Serie A club.
Reports in Italy have claimed that Roma are determined to keep hold of the 28-year-old, who could receive a new contract.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Chelsea have submitted another bid, which is close to €40m (£33.4m), but the Italian club have once again rejected the Blues.
The report adds that Roma do not want to sell another star player following the departure of Miralem Pjanic to Juventus.
