Barcelona will reportedly allow Philippe Coutinho to return to the Premier League on loan this summer.
The 27-year-old joined the Catalan giants from Liverpool for £142m in January 2018 but has endured an underwhelming time at Camp Nou since his arrival.
Coutinho has spent this season on loan at German champions Bayern Munich, where he has registered eight goals and six assists in 22 Bundesliga appearances.
Frank Lampard's Chelsea have recently been credited with an interest in the attacker, and according to Sport, Barca have given Coutinho the green light to join a club in England's top flight.
As well as Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur have also been linked with the Brazil international, and the report claims that Jose Mourinho's side are the frontrunners for his signature.
Coutinho scored 54 goals in 201 games for Liverpool across all competitions between 2012 and 2018.
