Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku could reportedly find himself the target of a summer offer from Borussia Dortmund.
A weekend report indicated that Chelsea could be prepared to allow the Belgian forward to leave on a permanent deal, sparking interest from a number of clubs.
According to TMW, Dortmund are ready to make a move for the 20-year-old as they seek a replacement for Robert Lewandowski, who will leave to join Bayern Munich at the end of the season.
The report claims that the Bundesliga outfit have already made contact with agent Mino Raiola ahead of a potential offer, while Monaco are also rumoured to be keen on acquiring Lukaku, who has spent this campaign on loan at Everton.
