Chelsea forward Olivier Giroud has reportedly emerged as a target for Borussia Dortmund.
As a result of falling down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge, Giroud is expected to be made available for transfer during the January window.
Inter Milan are considered to be the frontrunners for the France international, while the likes of West Ham United and Crystal Palace are also said to be monitoring the situation.
However, The Mirror claims that Dortmund are contemplating an approach for the 33-year-old as they bid to challenge at the top of the Bundesliga standings.
Dortmund currently sit in sixth position, with six points separating the club and surprise leaders Borussia Monchengladbach.
The report suggests that the Blues are looking to recoup in the region of £5m for Giroud, who has less than a year left on his contract.
