Fulham will reportedly offer Marcus Bettinelli a new contract in a bid to ward off interest from Premier League clubs this summer.
Chelsea are believed to be considering a move for the England Under-21 shot-stopper and manager Jose Mourinho is even said to have watched the player in action against Rotherham United last Wednesday.
The Blues are thought to be looking for a new keeper as doubts over the long-term future of Petr Cech at Stamford Bridge persist, but The Mirror claims that Fulham are now in negotiations with Bettinelli to extend his stay at the club.
Fulham may be keen to resolve Bettinelli's contract situation this summer as the 22-year-old's existing agreement runs out at the end of next season.
The Cottagers are currently 18th in the Championship table.
