Eden Hazard is reportedly 'determined' to leave Chelsea for Real Madrid at the end of the season.
Los Blancos have had a turbulent last few weeks, but Zinedine Zidane has returned to the Bernabeu as head coach and the Spanish giants are expected to spend big this summer.
Hazard will see his current deal with Chelsea expire at the end of next season, and the Belgium international has long been linked with a move to the Spanish capital.
According to The Guardian, Madrid have 'lodged an opening proposal with Chelsea' as the European champions look to bring the 28-year-old - keen on a switch to Spain - to the club in this summer's transfer window.
The report, however, has claimed that Los Blancos will have to pay 'around £100m' to sign Hazard, despite the fact that his Blues contract will expire in the summer of 2020.
The attacker is enjoying another productive campaign with Chelsea, contributing 16 goals and 11 assists in 38 appearances in all competitions.
In total, the Belgian has managed 105 goals and 86 assists in 338 appearances for his English club since arriving at Stamford Bridge from Lille in 2012.
