Napoli are reportedly close to completing a loan move for Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga.
The 27-year-old made 69 Premier League appearances for the Blues in his first two seasons with the club, but he has fallen out of favour since the arrival of Edouard Mendy in 2020.
Having made only 11 league appearances over the previous two campaigns, Arrizabalaga is keen to be playing regularly in a bid to be named in Spain's World Cup squad.
According to The Sun, Arrizabalaga is closing in on a move to Napoli, who have been searching for a new goalkeeper ever since David Ospina left to join Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr.
The Serie A club are set to sign the former Athletic Bilbao goalkeeper on a loan deal with an option for a permanent transfer.
Although Chelsea will receive £1.25m for the loan move, they are still expected to pay 75% of Arrizabalaga's £150,000 a week salary.
The Spain international has kept 47 clean sheets in his 123 appearances for Chelsea. body check tags ::
