Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has dismissed speculation regarding a potential approach for Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha.
Before and after Chelsea were able to halve their two-window transfer ban, Zaha was heavily linked with a switch to Stamford Bridge as he bids to move to a bigger club.
However, despite the Blues having money to spend after a quiet summer, Lampard has said that the Ivory Coast international is 'not in his plans'.
The Englishman is quoted by the Daily Star as saying: "I wouldn't talk about Zaha. It's not something I've considered. I won't talk about him because he's not our plans.
"If we have to do business we will do it behind closed doors aside to announcing who I want to bring."
Palace allegedly value Zaha in the region of £80m, despite the 27-year-old contributing just three goals and two assists from 21 Premier League outings this season.
