Michy Batshuayi has reportedly moved another step closer to leaving Chelsea after being snubbed by Frank Lampard.
The Belgium international has been repeatedly linked with the Stamford Bridge exit after struggling for starts in his four years in West London.
Batshuayi has been loaned out three times in the past three seasons and, according to The Athletic, a permanent exit is now likely this summer.
It is claimed that the 26-year-old was left out of Chelsea's squad for their friendly against Reading in midweek, with Lampard making it clear that the striker is not part of his plans.
Despite his underwhelming Premier League goals return, a number of top-flight clubs are rumoured to be keen on signing Batshuayi, including West Ham United, Aston Villa and former loan club Crystal Palace.
