West Ham United are reportedly regarded as the favourites to win the race for Chelsea forward Michy Batshuayi.
With Timo Werner expected to move to Stamford Bridge later in 2020, the Blues will look to offload Batshuayi, who has never held down a regular first-team place.
According to The Express, the 26-year-old's most likely destination is the London Stadium, despite possessing an asking price of £40m.
The Hammers paid in excess of that figure for Sebastien Haller last summer, meaning that sales may have to be made in order to meet Chelsea's valuation.
The report adds that Crystal Palace remains admirers of Batshuayi after a previous loan partnership, but the Eagles are not willing to commit to such a financial outlay.
Newcastle United may become contenders for the player if the club is purchased by a Saudi Arabia-based consortium.
