Chelsea have reportedly entered the race to sign Bayern Munich midfielder Toni Kroos.
The German international was believed to be on the verge of a move to Real Madrid, but he has since denied any agreement with the club.
Manchester United have also been strongly linked to the midfielder, but according to the Daily Star, Chelsea are planning to launch a late bid to secure his services.
Kroos has won three Bundesliga titles and the Champions League with Bayern during his time at the club.
