Roma have reportedly turned down a bid from Chelsea for Greek defender Kostas Manolas.
The 24-year-old joined Roma from Olympiacos in 2014 and is fast closing in on 60 Serie A appearances for the club.
According to II Tempo, Chelsea launched a bid in the region of £31m for the centre-back, but were informed that Roma had no intention of selling the 22-time Greek international.
Arsenal were also strongly linked with a move for Manolas both last summer and in the January transfer window.
