On-loan Manchester City defender Micah Richards believes that Fiorentina teammate Juan Cuadrado would be well suited to the Premier League.
Chelsea have been linked with a move for the Colombian winger and are expected to step up their interest if Andre Schurrle leaves for Wolfsburg before the transfer deadline.
Richards, who has made 10 appearances for the Viola this season, is not surprised that Cuadrado is being targeted and has backed him to be a big hit in England should a move materialise this month.
"After the World Cup, he had lot of teams looking at his situation and I have heard all the top teams in England are looking at him and so they should be," he told Sky Sports News.
"I have been training with him every day and he's got everything; technique speed power pace. All his attributes would be suited to the Premier League so I can see exactly why he is being linked with a move there."
Cuadrado, 26, is believed to have a release clause of £26.8m and Fiorentina have insisted that he will only leave if that figure is met.
