Sevilla have reportedly indicated that they are ready to up their efforts to sign Chelsea forward Alvaro Morata.
The 26-year-old has endured an inconsistent 18 months at Stamford Bridge, and it has been suggested that the Spaniard has become unsettled at the Blues.
Morata has also come in for criticism regarding his performances in the final third, although nine goals have been scored from 17 starts and six substitute outings during the current campaign.
A number of clubs have been linked with an approach in January, and according to Goal.com, Sevilla are pressing ahead with their attempts to agree a deal.
The report claims that talks have already been held with Morata's representatives, and the La Liga contenders are willing to pay the striker's wages in full should Chelsea be willing to agree a loan move.
Chelsea would be keen to sign a replacement before giving the green light for Morata to move elsewhere.
