Tottenham Hotspur are understood to be keen on signing Chelsea defender Ryan Bertrand this summer.
The 24-year-old, who began his professional career with the Blues in 2006, spent the second half of last season on loan at Aston Villa.
New Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino is now interested in bringing the full-back to White Hart Lane ahead of the 2014-15 campaign, according to the Evening Standard.
However, Liverpool are also thought to be monitoring the youngster's availability.
Bertrand made a combined total of 19 appearances in all competitions for both Chelsea and Villa last season.
