Chelsea captain John Terry has called on his club to offer him a new deal after claiming that he is not ready to leave Stamford Bridge just yet.
The 34-year-old, whose contract runs out at the end of the season, also admitted that he wouldn't play for another club after his time at Chelsea is up.
Terry told BBC Sport: "If this is my last year then I hope it goes out on a bang, but I am feeling great at the minute and it would be the wrong time to go.
"No, [I wouldn't play for another club] and I also think there's a right time to go as well. I have my little target to play next year but beyond that, two or three years, I don't know."
The England skipper opened the scoring for the Blues in the League Cup final, helping his team secure the trophy after beating Tottenham Hotspur 2-0 at Wembley.
