Thomas Tuchel reportedly informs Chelsea officials to go all out to sign Monaco midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni.
The 22-year-old's stock has risen over the past 12 months, the Frenchman making 30 appearances for Monaco this season as well as earning regular game time with his national team.
A transfer to a bigger club is now regarded as inevitable with the likes of Chelsea and Real Madrid currently viewed as the frontrunners for his signature.
According to Marca, the European champions have made the most effort in trying to negotiate terms after being instructed by Tuchel to do so.
The report suggests that contact has been made with the player's agent, who also represents fellow Chelsea target and Sevilla defender Jules Kounde.
Monaco are allegedly prepared to demand in excess of €80m (£66.5m) to part ways with their most prized asset, who has a contract until 2024.
