AC Milan have confirmed that they have signed Marco van Ginkel from Chelsea.
The Netherlands international has been heavily linked with a move to the Rossoneri all summer following a frustrating debut season at Stamford Bridge.
He joined the Blues last July from Vitesse, but only made four appearances after suffering an anterior cruciate ligament injury that kept him on the sidelines for six months.
It has not been revealed whether he has joined the Italian club on loan or on a permanent basis.
The midfielder has become the second Blues player to move to Milan this week after Fernando Torres joined on a two-year loan.
