Wigan Athletic chairman Dave Whelan has reiterated that the club will not sell Victor Moses for less than their asking price.
Moses, 21, has long been linked with a move to Chelsea, while Wigan have rejected two bids from the Blues this summer.
It had been understood that the Latics were demanding £10m for the winger, but when questioned on Sky Sports News, Whelan claimed that the asking price is 'close to £9m'.
