Chesterfield manager Paul Cook has been revealed as one of four League Two bosses up for January's Manager of the Month award.
The other three nominees are Fleetwood Town's Graham Alexander, Phil Brown of Southend United and Scunthorpe United's Russ Wilcox.
Cook led the Spireites to the top of the table with three wins from five games, with the team scoring 11 goals in that run.
Fleetwood are right in the thick of things towards the summit after collecting 13 of a possible 15 points in the first month of 2014 under the guidance of Alexander.
Phil Brown's Southend, meanwhile, also went unbeaten in a month that was capped by a 3-0 win over fellow promotion hopefuls Chesterfield.
Last, but not least, is Wilcox, whose Scunthorpe side haven't lost since November and conceded in just one of their five games in January.
The winner will be announced on Friday.
