Claudio Bravo has claimed that Chile have a "tremendous opportunity" to create history when they take on Brazil in the last 16 of the World Cup on Saturday.
Despite recognising the size of the challenge ahead of them against one of the pre-tournament favourites, Bravo believes that Chile can be confident of causing the hosts problems in Belo Horizonte.
"We have the ability, we have the players and we have the tools to hurt Brazil," the 31-year-old goalkeeper told reporters. "They have great players, but we are focused on our own game and we know that we are very strong as a collective.
"It's a great motivation for us because Brazil are a historical team in World Cups. It's a tremendous opportunity for us to knock out the home team, the hosts, and we are going to give it everything we have."
It was confirmed on Wednesday that Bravo had completed a move to Barcelona from Real Sociedad.
