Juventus midfielder Arturo Vidal has been named in Chile's 23-man squad for this summer's World Cup.
The 27-year-old had knee cartilage surgery at the beginning of May, but he is seen as a key part of manager Jorge Sampaoli's plans.
His club teammate Mauricio Isla also keeps his place in the squad, along with Barcelona forward Alexis Sanchez.
Matias Fernandez had already seen his chances of going to Brazil ruined by an ankle injury.
Marcos Gonzalez, Paulo Garces, Pablo Hernandez, Enzo Andia, Rodrigo Millar and Gustavo Canales are the players that have been cut from the provisional squad.
