Juan Agudelo, Oswaldo Minda and Giovani Casillas all scored in the last 25 minutes as Chivas USA earned their first win of the season against FC Dallas this afternoon.
Both sides spurned good chances to take the lead in an open first half, with Kenny Cooper, Walter Vilchez and Laurent Courtois all missing from close range.
Dallas went ahead on 57 minutes when David Ferreira finished from a tight angle after meeting a cross from Fabian Castillo.
Chivas made a pair of substitutions in an effort to respond quickly and were level 11 minutes later when Agudelo turned home his first goal of the campaign.
A swift turnaround was complete five minutes later as Minda netted with an accurate right-footed strike into the bottom corner.
George John went close to an equaliser in the final few minutes for Dallas but Casillas made the three points safe in stoppage time for Chivas with an incisive counter.
