Costa Rica goalkeeper Keylor Navas has called on his side to build on Saturday's 3-1 win over Uruguay in their World Cup opener.
The Central American outfit came from behind to record a two-goal win over the South American side, but the Levante stopper has claimed that his nation will "work with humility".
"The defence stood up very well and very good work was done," he told El Diez.
"We needed a lot of faith and trust. We have to be humble and we must work harder. There's a strong commitment we have to face. We will go all out [against Italy] like we did in this match.
"You have to enjoy it but with feet on the ground. We don't care what people say. We will work with humility."
Navas is currently one of the most sought-after goalkeepers in world football.
