Coventry City midfielder John Fleck has accepted the offer of a new contract from the League One club.
The 23-year-old's previous deal had been due to expire at the end of the season.
However, he has now tied himself to the Ricoh Arena until the summer of 2016.
"We're delighted to keep John here as he is a pivotal part of our plans moving forward," manager Steven Pressley told the club's official website. "Since I arrived at the club, John has been one of the most outstanding performers."
Meanwhile, Fleck added: "I'm really happy, I'm enjoying my time here. It's a great club with a really good fanbase and a good manager, so I'm really happy and I'm eager to continue improving and to keep helping the club."
Fleck joined the Sky Blues from Rangers back in 2012.
