Crystal Palace assistant manager Keith Millen has admitted that the arrival of Alan Pardew has improved confidence levels within the first-team squad.
Pardew has guided the Eagles to five wins from seven matches after replacing Neil Warnock, and Millen believes that can continue for the remainder of the campaign.
The 48-year-old told reporters: "The confidence has come back since Alan has come in. This is the strongest squad that I've known here."
Palace will attempt to reach the quarter-finals of the FA Cup on Saturday when they host Liverpool.
