Crystal Palace manager Ian Holloway has criticised his team following their defeat at Crawley Town in a pre-season friendly.
The Eagles were beaten 3-0 by the League One outfit on Saturday.
"These games for us at this stage of our build-up are a training session but it was one that left me very disappointed in respect of our performance and was not typical of a Crystal Palace team that goes out to represent this club," Holloway told Palace's official website.
"They are well ahead of us in pre-season preparation as their season starts next week and it looked that way."
Palace start the new Premier League campaign at home to Tottenham Hotspur on August 18.
