Crystal Palace boss Tony Pulis has expressed his delight following the signing of Fraizer Campbell.
The 26-year-old striker joined Palace on a three-year deal from Cardiff City on Friday.
With the new Premier League season on the horizon, Pulis expects Campbell to settle in quickly at Selhurst Park.
"I'm pleased – it's a signing we've worked very hard to do over a period of time," he told the club's official website. "I'm disappointed we've not been able to bring him out here (on the team's pre-season tour of the USA), but pleased that he's signed.
"He's got a good attitude and works hard. He'll blend in well with the rest of the group because that's what the group have got."
Palace play their first game of the new Premier League campaign on August 16 when they travel to Arsenal.
