Alan Pardew has admitted that he is open to selling Crystal Palace striker Dwight Gayle but only if his valuation is met.
The 24-year-old is reportedly deemed surplus to requirements at Selhurst Park following the arrival of Connor Wickham for £7m and Patrick Bamford on loan from Chelsea.
Speculation has mounted that Middlesbrough are among those interested, but Pardew says that the £10m-rated forward will not be sold for less than his value.
"There may be some players moved out," he told a press conference. "Dwight Gayle will not go anywhere unless his valuation is met."
Gayle netted five times in 25 Premier League outings last season.
