Burnley and Leicester City have reportedly both joined the race to sign Crystal Palace striker Dwight Gayle.
Both sides are looking to add more goals to their respective squads after struggling to hit the net on a regular basis so far this season.
According to The Mirror, Gayle is attracting interest from the clubs ahead of the January transfer window.
The report claims that the 24-year-old has grown frustrated with his struggles to hold down a regular spot in attack at Selhurst Park.
Gayle, who has scored six goals in all competitions this season, has seen Marouane Chamakh used as the central striker in recent weeks, with Neil Warnock preferring to use Wilfried Zaha and Yannick Bolasie in support of the Moroccan.
