Crystal Palace have announced that goalkeeper Julian Speroni has signed a new one-year contract with the club.
The shot-stopper has been in talks with the Premier League club over the last few weeks after expressing a desire to stay in Tony Pulis's side.
It has now been confirmed that the Argentine has committed himself to the Eagles on a deal, which includes the option of a further 12 months.
"I'm delighted," Speroni told the club's official website. "This is my home. This is where I always wanted to be, so I'm really pleased.
"I've been saying for months and months this was always my first choice. I'm really please we can forget about what happened, deal with it and look forward to next season now."
The 35-year-old has made more than 300 league appearances for Palace since moving to Selhurst Park from Dundee in 2004.
