Relive Sports Mole's live commentary of the international friendly between Denmark and Germany in Brondby, which ended in a 1-1 draw.

Bayern Munich's Joshua Kimmich netted two minutes from time as Germany came from behind to draw 1-1 with Denmark in Tuesday night's international friendly in Brondby.

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Christian Eriksen sent Denmark ahead in the 18th minute of action, but the home side could not hold on for the win as Kimmich equalised in the 88th minute.

Read how it all unfolded in Sports Mole's minute-by-minute live commentary of the action below.

Evening all! Sports Mole's live international coverage continues from Brondby as Denmark welcome world champions Germany for what promises to be an entertaining international friendly. There are no points or prizes on offer tonight, but it will give both managers the chance to assess their squads ahead of key 2018 World Cup qualification fixtures this weekend. Stay tuned for all of the coverage!
Right, without further ado, let me bring you up-to-speed with the all-important team news. Have both managers selected full-strength XIs for tonight's match, or have key players been saved for this weekend's fixtures? Let's run through the two teams that will start the clash at the Brondby Stadium.
TEAMS!

DEN: Ronnow; Stryger, Christensen, Vestergaard, Durmisi; Kvist, Eriksen, Delaney; Poulsen, Jorgensen, Braithwaite

GER: Trapp; Sule, Rudiger, Ginter; Rudy, Goretzka; Kimmich, Draxler, Hector; Stindl, Wagner

Frederik Ronnow keeps his spot between the Denmark sticks as Jesper Hansen and David Jensen are denied debuts, while an experienced defence includes on-loan Chelsea centre-back Andreas Christensen. Tottenham Hotspur's Christian Eriksen is also in the team, while Yussuf Poulsen is joined in the final third by Nicolai Jorgensen and Martin Braithwaite. No debutants in the home side's XI!

As for Germany, Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Kevin Trapp is given his international debut, while there are also first caps for Hoffenheim forward Sandro Wagner and Borussia Monchengladbach's Lars Stindl. PSG's Julian Draxler will captain the visitors, who also include Niklas Sule and Jonas Hector in their starting XI. Toni Kroos, Thomas Muller, Mesut Ozil, Jerome Boateng, Mario Gomez, Mats Hummels, Sami Khedira and Marco Reus - some list - are among those unavailable for the world champions tonight.
So there we have it. The two teams are in, and we are now just about 15 minutes from kickoff on this mild evening in Denmark. Tonight will bring the 27th international fixture between these two countries, and it is Germany that lead the head-to-head record 15 wins to Denmark's eight. Their last clash came during Euro 2012, and it was Germany that emerged 2-1 winners in that particular group fixture.
Denmark will enter this match off the back of a goalless draw away to Romania in their last qualification fixture. That result left them third in Group E on seven points, level with second-place Montenegro, but six points behind section leaders Poland, who are threatening to run clear at the summit.

Next up for Denmark is a trip to Kazakhstan on Saturday, and Age Hareide's team will see that as a must-win fixture as they bid to secure a top-two finish. Indeed, the European nation have not qualified for a World Cup since 2010, while they also missed out on the finals of Euro 2016.
As for Germany, who will take part in the Confederations Cup later this month, the world champions have won seven of their last eight games in all competitions, and will enter this match off the back of a 4-1 win over Azerbaijan back in March. Joachim Low's side sit top of their World Cup qualification section having won all five of their Group C matches, scoring 20 times in the process and conceding just once.

KICKOFF! Denmark kick things off on home soil...
...
It has been a fast-paced start, with Denmark pressing high onto Germany, who have had most of the ball in the opening three minutes. Not quite a full house inside the stadium, but there is a good atmosphere, and a number of players will be looking to impress. There should be goals tonight.
Just a reminder that Trapp, Wagner and Stindl are all making their international debuts for Germany, but each of this Denmark XI have represented their country before. Quite a scrappy last couple of minutes as the referee is forced to intervene following a number of late challenges.
SAVE! An excellent spell for Germany brings an opportunity as Kimmich flashes a cross towards goal, and Ronnow has to turn away as Denmark come under a period of pressure.
Germany are playing all of the football at the moment as pass and probe in the final third of the field, and they have the look of a team that are world champions, despite the fact this is a very inexperienced XI. Denmark are yet to really threaten to put something together in the final third.
Better from the home side as Kvist and Eriksen start to find some space in the final third, but Rudy is very busy at the heart of the Germany midfield as he continues to clean up in a central area. Wagner and Stindl have not been too involved in the opening 10 minutes of this friendly match.
Germany again break into a dangerous position after smart work from Draxler, but Stindl cannot escape the attention of a number of red shirts, and eventually the ball goes behind for a goal kick.
Half-chance for Germany as Goretzka delivers a dangerous cross into the Denmark box, but Wagner cannot make contact under pressure from Christensen. Still goalless here.
SAVE! Wonderful, wonderful goalkeeping from Trapp as the Germany stopper somehow pushes a close-range Vastergaard effort over the crossbar. It is absolutely sensational!
Really good spell for the home side in the last couple of minutes as they continue to force the issue, and only a wonderful save from Trapp has prevented Denmark from going ahead. It has been a very open and entertaining start to this match. Let's hope that the tempo remains at this pace.
GOAL! Denmark 1-0 Germany (Eriksen)
Denmark make the breakthrough in the 19th minute of this match as a terrible header from Rudiger falls straight to Eriksen, who smashes the ball into the bottom corner of the net. Awful mistake!
We have a very good game on our hands here. Germany have had chances to register, but Denmark arguably deserve their lead after dominating the last 10 minutes or so. It was an awful mistake from Rudiger which brought the opening goal, although Eriksen still had to find the corner of the net.
Panic inside the Denmark box as a loose ball threatens to fall for Wagner, but Christensen just about manages to clear as the home side survive a dangerous moment. It is all happening here.
SAVE! Trapp stands still to keep out a long-range strike from Stryger.
SAVE! Smart save from Ronnow to keep out Goretzka's strike from distance.
Spell of pressure from Germany as they threaten from a couple of set pieces, but Denmark manage to clear their lines once again. Still 1-0, courtesy of Eriksen, with 26 minutes on the clock here.
Little over 15 minutes of the first period remaining, and while Germany are seeing plenty of the ball, Denmark are not too concerned in a defensive area. This is a real test of Germany's credentials here.
SAVE! Another stop from Ronnow to keep out an effort from the busy Goretzka.
Just a reminder that there are no points or prizes on offer tonight, but a win for Denmark would give them a big boost as they bid to qualify for the 2018 World Cup. As for Germany, it would not be the end of the world if this inexperienced team lost, but there is still plenty of football to play here.
SAVE! Brilliant save from the Denmark stopper as he comes out to deny Wagner, who had broken into a dangerous position. The away side are threatening to level the scores here.
SAVE! Wonderful flying save from Ronnow to keep out a dipping Goretzka effort!
CHANCE! Ginter finds Goretzka with a super pass inside the Denmark box, but the midfielder can only fire wide of the post. Goretzka has had so many opportunities here!
SAVE! Excellent from Ronnow once again as he turns a Draxler effort just wide.
Sometimes friendly matches are dull and uninteresting, but this has been absolutely brilliant. Just the one goal, but there could have been four or five. Both goalkeepers have made some excellent saves, and it is clear that both teams want to win. Let's hope that the tempo remains at this pace.
Little under five minutes of the first period remaining, and Germany are very much on the front foot. Wagner has another half-chance after a super cross from Draxler finds the striker, but his effort was always moving away from goal. Ginter then hits high and wide from distance!
Half-chance for Denmark as Braithwaite meets a corner from Eriksen, but his header drops just over the crossbar. Germany break forward through Draxler, but the attack is cut short by Poulsen.
HALF-TIME: Denmark 1-0 Germany
So there we have it. The referee brings the first period to a close with Denmark leading Germany 1-0 courtesy of a smart finish from Eriksen in the 18th minute of action. Both teams have had a whole host of chances in what was a very entertaining opening 45 minutes, but just one goal was registered.
BENCH WATCH! Ajax forward Dolberg is among those that will be hoping to feature for Denmark, while Celta Vigo's Sisto is also on the bench. As for Germany, Brandt, Can and Mustafi should all see some minutes, while the likes of Demirbay and Demme will also be hoping for the chance to impress.
STATISTICS! Germany have dominated the possession with 66%, and they managed 11 attempts in the first period, four of which were on target. Denmark, meanwhile, hit the target with three of their seven attempts. No yellow cards to report in an entertaining match that has flowed from end-to-end.
RESTART! Germany resume the action in Brondby...
... DENMARK SUBS! Schone and Zanka have replaced Kvist and Christensen.
It does not appear that Germany have made any changes, which is a bit of a surprise. Low, however, will surely make alterations as the second period gathers pace. I would be surprised if we had seen the last of the goals tonight - let's just hope for the same tempo as the first period.
Rudy hits one from distance after watching a high ball onto his foot, but his effort is wide.
All Germany in the early stages of the second period as Wagner finds space inside the Denmark box once again, but he cannot escape the attention of a number of red shirts, and the ball is cleared.
CLOSE! Eriksen sees his curling effort just miss the Germany crossbar!
Denmark have a free kick in a dangerous position as Rudiger brings Braithwaite to the deck...
... Eriksen curls his free kick harmlessly wide of the post.
CHANCE! Wonderful chance for the home side to double their lead as Braithwaite bundles the ball towards goal, but Trapp manages to tip onto the crossbar!
This really has been a brilliant game of football. International friendlies can sometimes be extremely dull, but this has been an excellent fixture. Eriksen's goal continues to separate the two teams, but I would be surprised if we had seen the last of the scoring with more than 30 still to play.
Germany are preparing to make their first change as Can receives his final instructions.
GERMANY SUB! Can replaces Rudy for the visitors here.
SAVE! Ronnow has to tip a header from Sule over the Denmark crossbar!
SAVE! Another stunning save from Ronnow to keep out a thumping Ginter header!
It must be said that the Denmark goalkeeper has had a wonderful game between the sticks. Germany really should have scored at least twice tonight, but they have been unable to find a route past the stopper. Eriksen's goal still separates the two teams with 62 minutes on the clock.
DENMARK SUBS! Eriksen and Durmisi are replaced by Lerager and Sorensen.
GERMANY SUB! Younes replaces Ginter for Germany.
GERMANY SUB! Brandt replaces Wagner for the away side.
CLOSE! Can's long-range strike just moves wide of the Denmark post!
Little under 20 minutes of football remaining in Brondby, and Denmark still lead 1-0 courtesy of that first-half effort from Eriksen. It has been a really enjoyable game of football tonight.
The home supporters are calling for Dolberg as the Ajax forward continues to warm-up. Surely we are going to see the in-demand forward at some point. It would be harsh not to play him tonight!
Germany have a free kick in a dangerous area as Draxler is felled by Sorensen...
... CLOSE! Draxler's free kick deflects just wide of the post.
DENMARK SUBS! Dolberg and Vibe replace Jorgensen and Poulsen.
GERMANY SUB! Goretzka is replaced by Demirbay.
Little over 10 minutes of football remaining in Brondby, and still Denmark lead 1-0 here.
I am not entirely sure how Germany have not scored tonight, but they continue to put serious pressure on the Denmark goal as we enter the final 10 minutes. Still a lot of football to be played.
Yet another attack from Germany as Hector breaks into a wide position, but the danger is cleared once again as Denmark survive. Little over five minutes of football remaining in this match.
Not too much to report in terms of chances in the last few moments, but Germany continue to dominate possession of the ball as they build from a deep position. Still time to level here.
GOAL! Denmark 1-1 Germany (Kimmich)
Germany finally break Denmark's resistance as Kimmich produces a wonderful over-head kick inside the home side's box to level at 1-1. It is some goal to level the scores here!
GERMANY SUB! Plattenhardt replaces Hector for the away side.
We are into the second of three minutes of additional time here.
FULL-TIME: Denmark 1-1 Germany
So there we have it. The referee brings the second period to a close with the two teams level at 1-1. Eriksen's goal had looked to have won the match for Denmark, but Kimmich netted an equaliser in the 88th minute. Thanks for joining Sports Mole for our live coverage once again. Until next time!
