Stoke City goalkeeper Jack Butland has extended his loan stint at Derby County by a further week.
The 21-year-old stopper joined the Rams on a 28-day deal last month and was due to return to Stoke this week.
However, Derby have moved to keep him at the iPro Stadium for a further seven days so he can feature at Watford this weekend as usual number-one Lee Grant is still suffering with an ankle injury.
Butland has played five games for the Championship league leaders, helping them to three wins and two clean sheets.
