Jacob Butterfield is reportedly on his way out of Huddersfield Town, with a potential move to Derby County on the cards.
The Yorkshire Post reports that Derby, who have had a number of moves for Butterfield turned down, may have tested Town's resolve with a bid of £4m plus add-ons.
Butterfield, 25, joined Huddersfield from Middlesbrough for £750,000 12 months ago.
The midfielder made 45 Championship appearances last season, scoring six goals.
He signed for Norwich City on a free from Barnsley in 2012 but failed to make an appearance for the side, instead spending time on loan at Bolton Wanderers and Crystal Palace.
