Inter Milan have fought back from a goal behind to go into half time all-square in their Europa League Group F match against Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk this evening.
The visiting side came close to opening up the scoring on 16 minutes when Jevhen Konopljanka forced a fine save out of Samir Handanovic, although a bigger opportunity was to come shortly after with Ruslan Rotan arriving from deep to fire home a rebound.
Fredy Guarin brought down a Dnipro player inside the box moments later, which led to Konopljanka being gifted the chance to double his side's advantage, but he failed to get the better of the Inter stopper from the spot.
The penalty miss proved costly when Zdravko Kuzmanovic fired home from the edge of the box on the half-hour mark to level up the contest.
There was still time for Roberto Mancini's side to complete the turnaround prior to the break, although Yuto Nagatomo failed to convert when in a promising position.
