El Hadji Diouf has insisted that he has joined Championship side Doncaster Rovers "for the challenge".
The former Liverpool and Bolton Wanderers attacker signed a three-month contract at the Keepmoat Stadium earlier today and said that he will give his all to a side that are currently second from bottom in the Championship table.
"I have signed here to do my best for the team," he told Sky Sports News. "I've very much joined for the challenge."
The 30-year-old had been without a club since having his contract cancelled with Blackburn Rovers by mutual consent.
