Dundee United manager Jackie McNamara has been issued with a five-match touchline ban following an incident with St Johnstone boss Tommy Wright last month.
Both coaches were sent to the stands after getting involved in a row during Dundee's 1-0 defeat to the Saints on March 12.
As a result of the incident, McNamara will serve a five-match ban, with two matches suspended after he was found guilty of misconduct in relation to the repeated use of offensive, insulting and abusive language.
Wright admitted the same charge, which resulted in him being handed a one-match ban, which has been suspended until the end of the year.
The ban, which is subject to an appeal, will exclude McNamara from the touchline for Saturday's Scottish Cup semi-final.
