Ecuador captain Enner Valencia has expressed his delight after scoring both of his side's goals during their 2-1 win over Honduras at the World Cup.
The Ecuadorians went behind in Curitiba on Friday night before a brace from Valencia saw them claim the points.
The result has seen Ecuador give themselves a chance of reaching the second round of the tournament in Brazil.
"Of course I'm very, very happy to have scored the goals because they helped us to win the match," Valencia told FIFA.com. "We put everything on the line and we got three crucial points to keep our dream alive.
"We'll have to analyse France very closely to find out what the best way of playing against them is because they're a really strong team."
Ecuador conclude their Group E campaign on Wednesday when they play France in Rio de Janeiro.
