Goals from Liam Moore and Will Hughes see England Under-21s beat Croatia 4-2 on aggregate and reach the 2015 UEFA European Under-21 Championship.

Gareth Southgate's England Under-21s have qualified for next year's 2015 UEFA European Under-21 Championship thanks to a 4-2 aggregate victory over Croatia.

After last week's 2-1 comeback win at Molineux, England triumphed by the same scoreline this evening to reach next year's finals in the Czech Republic.

Croatia had the first chance of the game this evening at the Stadion Cibalia in Vinkovci when Chelsea youngster Mario Pasalic was denied by Jack Butland's full-stretch save.

England then netted a vital away goal in the ninth minute through Leicester City centre-back Liam Moore, who headed home from a Tom Carroll corner.

Croatia levelled before the break when Marko Livaja, who scored Croatia's goal in Friday's first leg, fired across Butland and into the far corner.

England were close to restoring their lead on the hour mark when Saido Berahino's shot from just inside the area brushed the outside of the post.

Derby County midfielder Will Hughes put England out of sight in the 73rd minute when he drove across goal with his weaker right foot, meaning that Croatia needed three goals to deny England's path to the finals.

The hosts knew the game was up and struggled to muster many openings in the final minutes, with England becoming one of the eight teams who will compete at next year's tournament.
