England midfielder Jack Wilshere has insisted that he is "100%" fit ahead of this summer's European Championships in France.
Roy Hodgson had raised concerns over the fitness levels of the Arsenal man after he had made just one start for his club throughout another injury-plagued season.
However, he successfully made it through 65 minutes of England's 2-1 friendly victory over Turkey this evening, and he has moved to calm fears over his fitness.
"We have to be able to hang on to wins in a tournament, we did well today. I feel good, I'm 100%," Wilshere is quoted as saying by BBC Sport.
"I've been training for seven or eight weeks now. I am looking to improve with every game."
Hodgson will cut three players from his preliminary 26-man squad after England take on Australia at the Stadium of Light next Friday.
